Shipping
At this time, we only deliver to the 48 continuous states. Our products are shipped from several suppliers and manufacturers in the continental USA. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping. Most of our suppliers use UPS ground shipping, and we will email you a tracking number when the item(s) are shipped. We reserve the right to use other carriers as needed.
Our site does not allow shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase from YourRockingHorseShop.com, we are not happy. It is very important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. Check to make sure that all items are correct and all pieces are accounted for before you sign the delivery receipt. Ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt, and record the freight company’s name and trailer number so we can track the order back to our supplier.
Even though we spend a great deal of time and money to insure the safe arrival of our products, items will occasionally appear damaged and shortages may occur in transit. Please follow these procedures to correct the problem if this occurs:
If order is damaged completely:
- Refuse delivery of carton(s).
- DO NOT sign for the carton(s).
- Please indicate the refusal of the package (because damaged completely) on the delivery papers or electronically.
- Contact us right away by phone at 240-383-2181 or email at orders@yourrockinghorseshop.com.
- Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
If damage to your order is concealed (detected after delivery):
- Please contact us right away by phone at 240-383-2181 or email orders@yourrockinghorseshop.com so we may arrange return or replacement. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, it will result in denial of any claims by the carrier. Please provide your name, phone number, and order number with your call or email.
- Do not try to return the item without contacting us, because we will need to provide you with a RA#, and instructions for return.
- If just a part of the item is damaged, we will, in some cases, be able to send a replacement part.
- You must save all cartons and packaging materials or claim may be denied. If assembly has occurred, please carefully disassemble the product and repack items as they were shipped to you. Items damaged due to return shipping because not properly packed will not be refunded/replaced.
- Do not write on, or deface the packing of the product. Any signs of merchandise use will result in denial of your claim.

Return of products that are not damaged:
- Please contact us right away by phone at 240-383-2181 or email orders@yourrockinghorseshop.com.
- Do not return the merchandise without contacting us first, because we need to provide you with a RA# and instructions for return. If you do not have a RA# your claim for refund will be denied.
- Our suppliers have different times frames for return, anywhere from a few days to 30 days after receipt of merchandise. The sooner you call, the better! If you have a question about the time frame for your product, please call at 240-383-2181, or email questions@yourrockinghorseshop.com.
- All sales are final on Levels of Discovery items.
- Items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging and placed inside a protective cardboard box, just as they were shipped to you. DO NOT write on or deface the packing of the product.
- Any signs of use will result in denial of your claim for a refund.
- Shipping costs are not refundable. You are responsible for shipping merchandise back to our supplier within time frame for the product. We recommend using a carrier such as UPS or FedEx so you can track your item and provide proof of delivery. Items damaged by return delivery because not properly packed will not be refunded. If we shipped the item to you with free or discounted delivery, you will also be responsible for outbound shipping costs.
- There will be a 15% charge for the restocking fee.
- Return of items that have been ordered, but not shipped yet will incure a 5% charge to cover credit card charges.
